Harilo for web services?

Is there something similar to Harilo but for web services? Is there any possibility Harilo could expand into offering that?

I personally really miss not being able to access some web services, just because there is no way to pay for them.

Per NRB rules we can only do foreign currency exchanges for physical items, but if the web service or software can be purchased using a gift card or some physical media like a CD/DVD then we can get it for you.

Does this mean I can purchase prepaid Visa cards?

You can get gift cards for GoDaddy.com

I guess Godaddy no longer offers gift cards.
