Packers vs Cowboys Fantasy Football Preview: What to do about injured Packers?

This Sunday, the Green Bay Packers travel to pay the Dallas Cowboys at ATT Stadium, with plenty of relevant fantasy football players on both teams. Here a look at how to view both team key fantasy stars and some potential breakout candidates.QuarterbackAaron RodgersRodgers remains one of the top two quarterbacks. The Cowboys are one of the bottom ten teams in terms of giving up fantasy points to quarterbacks https://www.packersgearstoreonline.com/Packers_Jordan_Tripp_Jersey.  Rodgers should have another great game.Dak PrescottPrescott has been a low-end QB1.  He has the benefit of a great running back to set up the play action pass.  The Packers defense has been a top ten defense against fantasy quarterbacks, but Dak will still be a low-end QB1 in this home game.Running BacksJamaal Williams   Aaron JonesThe Cowboys defense has not been great at stopping fantasy running backs so far.  Jones had a pretty decent game after he came in for Williams and Ty Montgomery, who were both injured last Thursday.  Williams had four carries for eleven yards before he was injured and left the game. This week, Montgomery has been limited in practice while Williams has been a full participant. Jones is certainly a tempting play this week, but his lack of history plus Williams’ ability to practice this week makes either one a risky play.Ezekiel ElliottElliott has just one game over 100 yards so far.  He has gotten 20+ carries in three of his four games.  The Packers have a lower points against rush defense than any team the Cowboys have played so far.  Still, Elliott is a top five running back.  Wide ReceiversJordy Nelson   Randall Cobb   Geronimo Allison   Davante AdamsThe Packers passing game should work just fine this week, though part of this will depend on Bryan Bulaga and David Bakhtiari.  The Cowboys made a lot of changes in the defensive backfield and it has not gone well.  Nelson has shown to be a matchup-proof start.  Cobb will get looks in the quick pass game and Allison should step in for Davante Adams if he suffers a setback in his return from a concussion. If Adams suits up, you may want to avoid him and Allison, as the Packers may rotate the two to keep Adams’ workload in check.Dez Bryant   Cole BeasleyDez finally had a good day last week against the Rams.  After eleven catches for 115 yards through three games, he erupted for five catches and 98 yards.  Dez is worth the start because he can always have the big game.  Still, there is always the chance he has an average game.  Cole Beasley has so far not been startable in fantasy.  He has just eleven catches in four games.  Beasley has turned those into 86 yards and no touchdowns.  Tight EndsMartellus Bennett   Lance KendricksBennett is the one getting the most targets and Kendricks is the one getting more production. Still, you will want to start Bennett.  The targets and the opportunities are what you are after.  You have to believe that eventually the chances turn into the points you need.Jason WittenWitten has 28 targets and has turned them into 19 receptions https://www.packersgearstoreonline.com/Packers_Jacob_Schum_Jersey, 168 yards and two touchdowns.  You start him if you have him.  He has been among the top five in fantasy points this season so far.  In a surprising stat, the Packers have given up the fewest points to opposing tight ends.  Witten should still get his points though.
